About D’Ukes
Electric Ukulele Band!
Formed in Chelmsford, D’Ukes have been entertaining audiences for over a decade and are one of the longer lasting ukulele bands from Essex.
Their repertoire suits all tastes and ages and D’Ukes’ unique approach to arranging well known songs using only the ukulele (with a hint of percussion and plenty of humour!) gets everyone singing, dancing and smiling.
They have sold out theatres, played major festivals including CarFest and Cambridge Rock, performed on both BBC and community radio, made TV appearances on Big Brother and Come Dine With Me, performed at ukulele festivals in both the Czech Republic and Poland and performed alongside some of the bigger names in the international ukulele world!
