The Royal Oak (’The Dicky’) Pub, East Bergholt

It was back to the ‘Dickey’ on Sunday for an afternoon gig today. The music was not only appreciated by the human punters, but the pub dog got very excited during the ‘pig solo’ as he obviously thought it was wasting its talent and would be better off as a toy for the said dog. Happily, the pig prevailed and remained unscathed. The audience joined in and we even managed a full-scale leg-kick for ‘New York, New York’, plus two new tunes: Texas Hold 'Em and Blinding Lights. We will be back on 14th November.
